Professor Paul Hayden is seeking research assistants to help him with the lawyers' treatise The Law of Torts, being co-authored with Dan Dobbs and Ellen Bublick. Work is mostly done on the drafting and the manuscript is due to the publisher in January. The two-volume work covers all of tort law; the RAs will be cite-checking, proofing, and doing some research and editing. Students must have successfully completed torts and legal writing. The Center for Juvenile Law and Policy is seeking research assistants for Fall 2010.  The successful individuals should have an interest in criminal justice issues, with particular emphasis in the juvenile justice area, as well as an aptitude for legal and social science research.  Applicants should submit a resumé with a note expressing their interest to cjlp@lls.edu.
