Newer f lowcharts are in .pdf format. Some older ones are in .gif format.
PDF files (portable document format) require a reader from Adobe Acrobat. (Get free reader here). Most internet browsers have built-in .gif viewers, so you should have no trouble viewing them. Simply click on the underlined flowchart name and the flowchart will be painted in a new window.
Downloading Flowcharts
Once a flowchart is on your screen, you can download it by clicking on the File menu, and then on Save or Save As. It should automatically be given the right name and extension. Just make sure you put it in a convenient directory.
Printing Flowcharts
For best printing results, click on Page Setup on your browser File Menu. You should try seting your margins to 0 on all 4 sides. You should also look at the print preview before you send the flowchart to your printer to make sure it will print out ok.
