The required books for the course are 1) Scheck, Neufeld & Dwyer, Actual Innocence (2001), paperback edition and 2) Jody Armour, Negrophobia and Reasonable Racism (1997), paperback edition. A seating chart will be passed out the first day.

There is no reading assignment for the first class.
